New H4 VISA DURING H1B AMENDMENT
Hi,
Need some help here.
Description : Currently H1B Amendment in progress due to client change ( Current stamping in passport valid for one more year) .
Planning for India trip next month for my wedding . Want to apply H4 visa for my wife.
1) In her DS-160 Which H1b file/case# needs to be provided in DS-160 ? Approved CASE# from previous client or Inprogress case# from new client (presume this amendment might take couple of months to complete) for h4 stamping.
2) During the 3 week stay in India if my Amendment petition gets approved , should I again go for stamping and update the CASE# on Visa or just carry approved amendment copy.
