    H1b Ammendment and H1B transfer in parellel

    My current employer had filled for H1b Amendment due to job location change. Now I have accepted an offer from employer B and they have filled my LCA for H1b Transfer.
    Can this both go together?
    Will there be any issue on h1b transfer since there is no premium processing as of July 2017 now?
