H1 Amendment approval + Extension Receipt - Can I go for stamping?
Hi, My current H1 visa is valid until September 2017, So my employer has filed for extension and I got the receipt. At the same time my Amendment i797 is valid until August 2018. I am currently in USA and planning for a vacation to India during October 2017. Can I go for stamping with Amendment approval + Extension Receipt in October 2017 to Kolkata Consulate? Please let me know.
