H1B selected in lottery but reject notice received
Hello Friends,
My application got selected in the lottery but unfortunately, I have received rejected notice stating that "The LCA you submitted with Form I-129 was not properly signed". Could you please let me know what all the option I can do now?
I heard from many forums that my employer can file "Motion to reopen/reconsider". Kindly let me know am in trouble and this is my last chance of my h1.
Also for your information, no case number was allocated and my checks weren't cashed and my h1 picked and rejected news were in the same notice which I received. Please help ASAP.
