Hello all,
My current H1-B from Employer A will be expired on 9/7/2018 as Mechanical Engineer I and currently Employer A filed Amend and Extension together since they have moved me to another department at another facility as Fabrication Engineer II and I am direct full time employee with Employer A.
I received RFE on this case today!
While this was going on, I found another full time opportunity with Employer B as Mechanical Engineer III and they have started process for H1-B transfer.
Does employer A has to respond to RFE or I can switch Job to Employer B since Job description will be same for Original H1B once I receive Receipt ?
