H1b transfer with no amendment from previous employer for new location
Dear All
Need your help with my query. Currently I am working for Employer X & My original petition is for location A. Later on, employer A asked me to work on another project in different location (i.e. location B) however they didn't do any amendments.
Later on I received an offer from Employer Y (Big MNC) and they have filed my H1b transfer petition based on original petition. At the time of filling, the attorney from Employer Y took my CV and paystubs. My paystubs contain location A address only since I stay there. However it does mention about the expenses which are paid back to me by employer as I am traveling to Location B.
Also My CV doesn't contain client names that I work for in current organization (i.e. Employer X).
Whether USCIS will create any issues with H1B transfer in such a scenario ??
