    salary on H1B

    Hi,
    I am on H1B and working as contractor on per hour basis and my monthly salary varies depending upon my number of hours. Is there any rule stating on H1B I should have paystubs showing fixed salary? I am planning for India visit and if asked for recent paystubs would have paystubs with varying amounts. Does it matter?
