Hi,
I am on my H1B in US & my husband on H4 here. We have a 4 month old baby. Our I94 expires on Aug 08 2017. Employer filed extension petition for me (H1B) and my husband (H4) on March 2017 & now I received H1B extension approval notice valid till Feb 2020. But the approval notice came without I94. Same time, my husband's extension petition (H4) got denied. When checked with my employerthey said they have not yet received the denial notice for our denials .
We checked in many forums & found out that best way is to go back to India, get visa stamped & come back. Can anyone please confirm if this is the best solution.
I also have few queries in regard to the visa stamping. Can you please give me an answer for my queries:
1. If I have to go back to India for stamping, is there any problem if we both (me & my husband) go together for stamping.
Thanks,
Remya
