I need guidance on one of the question:
With ref. to H4 EAD renewal application I had already filed with USCIS, I provided the H1 B extension receipt number of my previous employers H1 B extension request for which I did not have approval when I filed for H4 EAD renewal application.
Now since I've H1 B approval for Employer B's petition (and for previous employer's petition too), which document (if any) do I need to submit to USCIS for processing of H4 EAD application? Can I send Employer B's H1 B Petition approval notice (since I am now employed with Employer B) or I need to send previous employment's approval copy as that was used while filing for H4 EAD.
Any guidance you can provide in this matter will be highly appreciated.
