Hi ALL,
I had H1B visa valid till 31st march, 2017 but when I came back to India during January month, 2017, my visa got expired in India - unfortunately I did not file for extension when I was in US. Now I moved to some other company. I request you all to let me know the information on the below questions.
1. Do I have chance to get my H1B visa extension through my new employer
2. If YES, pls let me know the process so that I can approach new employer ODC team and explain them
3. How much time will it take, if my new employer files the petition, as per current US rules ?
