I'm planning to travel to India for vacation and visa stamping mid Nov to mid Dec.
My visa expires mid Nov but I have an approved I797 till Sep 2018
However, my employer has informed me that they only allow vacation of 30 days.
If my case is stuck in admin processing and I'm not able to return, I'll lose the job.
What are my options then?
