Recent travel experience on H1B transfer receipts (not approvals)
Hi,
I am going start working for employer B September 2017 first week. I have international travel plans mid September.
I have a valid visa & I-94 which expires in 2019. I was told by lawyers that I can travel since I will have my H1B transfer receipt and my visa & I-94 from employer A is valid until 2019.
I would really appreciate if some of you who were in the same situation could share you experiences and some pointers. Also, if you have had issues entering USA upon return because of this please share.
