Hi,
The list of documents required per your website has "Copy of Notice of Action : I 797" under mandatory documents. Is this for the principal applicant (in this case an H1B visa holder currently working in the US)?
Confused since it is specifically mentioned again as a requirement under supporting documents where it requires i 797 of principal applicant.
Are these two different documents ie one for the dependent applicant and one for the principal applicant or are they the same document (for the principal applicant) just mentioned in two places.
