Stuck with abusive employer..5th year of H1b..Any Advice?

I wanted to seek some advice regarding my current position.

I am stuck with an extremely abusive boss, and my company HR has basically told me that I either have to suck up or 'look externally'

My problem is that I have already spent more than 4 years on H1b visa, and my concern is that no other company will employ me. Most companies wait 1 year to file for GC and given my timeline, no company would want to hire me just because my visa will end before my GC process gets completed.

Wanted to seek any advice here?

I feel like I am in a jail. I have no choice but to be enslaved to this company till I get I-140 in 1.5 years.

You have the choice of starting to look for h1b job opportunities with other companies, and not pursue a green card through h1b jobs. If your time in the current company is toxic, you should immediately separate from them. And it does not look like they will file for GC either if you stick around.
