Hello,
My current H1B expires on Oct 2017 (end of the month) and I have I 140 approved via my employer. Can some one please help me with the following questions:
- What is the last date for filing the renewal (and what is recommended)?
- What are the current processing times for H1B as premium processing has been put on hold?
- When is premium processing estimated to be re-instated?
- If the processing time is higher I am assuming I can continue to work post Oct 2017 even though I won't have an active I 94?
- How many pay stubs are required for filing the renewal (i get paid weekly)?
