H1b Transfer RFE - Help!!
Hi, I was with Employer A and moved to Employer B on H1b Transfer. Now got an RFE with Employer B petition. I have some questions and appreciate any inputs towards that.
While on RFE, if Denied
- If denied, can the same employer B file a new petition for another client/location while Im in the US and can I stay in US ?
- Can i start searching another job. If I get any offer and if RFE goes to denial, can another employer file a new petition so I can be in US?
- If I get a new offer, can a new employer use Employer A's petition to file the transfer? As I will not have latest pay stubs anymore?
- Given Employer A is ok to give offer, would I be able to join Employer A again with old petition? Am I eligible first of all?
- How to check if Employer A has the revoked the old petition or not? I checked the receipt status and it still shows Case is Approved(old petition expires Dec 2018).
