H1b Exempt Rules

Hi,

I got my H1b visa last year in Oct 2016 and stamped too. Now it is getting expired on 30 Sept 2017 but i have not been able to travel to U.S due to project requirement.
What is the next step i need to do? Do i have file for H1b exempt for extension or what is the process?

You do not need to do anything. If another employer wants to get you to the US on H1B, they can file a cap exempt H1 for you based on your existing petition.
