H4 Visa Interview - Rejection chances
So I visited the US in 2016 a couple of times (to visit friends/family, tourism, and attending weddings) and I was staying with my girlfriend. In November 2016, when I came to the US, I was to come back to India in a couple of weeks, but both my wife and I wanted to stay together for longer, so i decided to stay back for 6 months. Our official wedding happened in Vegas, and my parents and her godparents had flown down for the same.
