Please help:
Issue 1: My employer is not ready to file Computer Programmer role in YYYY stating your prevailing wages are high.
So they filed my LCA for YYY but I am working in YYYY location.
Issue 2: My employer has my H1B role as Computer Programmer. However, they are charging client on Business Analyst Role and my work is Business Analyst.
Can I sue my employer for misuse of my H1B?
There are 100s of same cases who are with me since we work for larger Indian IT Consulting firm and together we want to file a case.
