LCA and Role Issues

My employer states" We cannot file your LCA for YYYY location as Computer Programmer because of higher prevailing wages".

They asked me to post LCA for YYY and I am working in YYYY location.

Also, I am not doing Computer Programmer role but more of Business Analyst. They are charging client as well for Business Analyst role

Document the situation well (eg print out emails, copies of forms) so that you can file a complaint to the Department of Labor afterwards
