    H1-B Cap gap

    Hello:

    I am currently working with Company A and my Opt expires on the 9th of September. I have applied for cap gap and got an I-20 to extend my work authorization until the 30th.*

    I have filed a H1-B with Company B and I got a RFE yesterday. What are my chances I can keep working with Company A *after sep 30th ?
