L1 denied , does it impact H1B ?

Hello Everyone,

My case is that my L1 extension has been denied.I am planning to go back to India and return in H4 dependent visa.
However,I also applied for H1B this year ,but that also is in RFE as of now.So my question is:

1)Does my L1 denial have any impact on the H1B processing?
