I have got my stamping done from A company and now i am planning to move to another company B.

I have not traveled even once to US. Will my Visa be valid and will the new company be able to make the visa transfer from my previous company?

Merely having a valid visa does not allow you to work in US. One needs a valid approved petition of the employer one is goign to work for too. When was your H1 filed and what was the validity date of the H1 petition from A?
