New h1b transfer while current transfer is still pending - Urgent
I am in USA. I moved from company A to company B on receipt of H1B transfer petition (regular processing). I am now in a situation where i may have to move to another employer C. Can employer C file for another H1B transfer while transfer to company B is still pending. Is it like a bridge petition?
