RFE doc submission after RFE due date?

Had RFE for SOW and MSA with due date Aug'12 2017 along with 2 more documents. I had submitted expired SOW and MSA that time as I wasn't having valid docs. Now I got amended SoW and MSA. And also I didn't hear anything about my RFE. So

Can my employer/attorney submit amended docs to USCIS?

As per employer policies they do not appeal for the Denial cases so I do not even have an option to file MTR.
