H1 to H4 EAD conversion Visa Interview Questions

Hello, My wife worked in USA since 2011 on H1 B and now recently converted to H4 and got EAD for wider career opportunities in the area. She plans on attending a Visa interview/dropbox in Hyd, India later this year. Would it matter that she converted to H4(EAD) and working since she received EAD??
Would they ask for her paystubs at the time of interview or dropbox as she is working?

Does anybody else faced this situation??We are interested to learn about your experiences. Any information would help!
