h4 travel after h1b transfer

I have a situation where I need the correct information-

1) My h1b was transferred to a new Employer in June 2017 and I got my h1b approval notice.
2) my earlier h1b was approved till May 2018 , means we have I-94 till May 2018
3) My wife's h4 is still not approved and waiting for approval, however as I mention they have i-94 till 2018 May from last employer
4) Can my wife and kid travel with same I94 in November '17 ?

Whats the date of expiry on your new approval notice? till when is H4 visa in passport valid?

Yes they can travel in Nov 2017. At the time of entry, if passport is valid beyond May 2018 then they may get I94 till May 2020/May 2018/passport expiry, whichever is earlier.
