Vendor not releasing the payment as I was Out of status
Hello,
I was working on H1, in EVC model. I went out of status, and realized it after 6 weeks. Then I immediately resigned my job, went out of country and came back on H4. All my dues were released to the vendor by the client, but my vendor is not paying my employer for those 6 weeks, where I went out of status. Vendor is giving excuse that, I was on out of status. How can we receive this amount from my Vendor? Please suggest.
