    Transfer Expired H1B petition

    Hi All,

    I am currently on L1b visa however I have a approved H1B consular petition(October 2016) which is about to expire this month. So what happens after the petition is expired? Will other employer be able to transfer my H1B given that I have already been selected in lottery?

    Please suggest if there would be any issue with the transfer
