New H1B Amendment while earlier extension is still pending
Hi Experts, I work at a client site. My I-94 expired on Jun 29, 2017 and my employer filed extension in Apr, 2017 from Client/Project X in Location A. My extension got an RFE and employer is preparing the reply.
Case 1 : I get another Client/Project Y in the same MSA area of A. Can I start working for that new project Y in the same Area A before I get a decision. Assuming that this project will not need a new amendment since the MSA area is same
Case 2: I get another Client/Project Z in a different area B. Can I file a new LCA and Amendment for Client Z in Location B before decision is taken on earlier extension from Client X in location A ?
Can two parallel extension/amendment be filed ? If my earlier extension is denied will it cancel the new amendment ?
