H1B stamping with 6 months of approved visa

My H1B visa ends in 6 months ( max out), I got my visa approval when i am in US and do not have a stamped visa in passport yet. I now also posses my I140 approval. Got a family emergency and might need to travel in Oct-2017 , Can you please let me know
1) Will my 6-7 months left over approved visa going to be an issue
2) Will my I140 considered default during my stamping
3) Do I have to initiate both H1B extension and visa stamping together
