H4 Stamping APP. dates

My Wife and daughter are going for H4 stamping and the date they got at chennai is oct 18 but the schools in U.S. are starting by Aug 30 so is their any way we can get dates before that?? so that my daughter does
not loose those two months of school can any one help me??

I think there is option to select consulate center for those are already stayed in US earlier which may help you getting earlier dates.
