Hi,
my husband is in US from 3 years on H1-B he came in through a company "A" but he changed his employer to "B" in mean time he did not travel to india so he does not have stamp of employer "B" on passport but has valid I-797
i am planning to visit india in December but Employer "B" will file Extension for my husband 6 months before expiration so some where in Dec but our Visa are getting expired in May 2018 but i have a valid stamp of employer "B" on my passport till may 2018
so do i have to still go for stamping to US Consulate or i can re enter US on existing visa
