H1b transfer in case of company shutdown

Hi..I have approved h1b petition but employer is delaying the stamping. He may be closing the company soon.
What happens to the petition in this case? Will I be able to transfer the petition to other companies without any issues?
Do I need to work for this company at least for a day to have paystub?
If unfortunately this happens,is there any way to get the amount back and to take action against the employer?
Please advise me on the same.Any pointers would be much appreciated. thanks.
