    H1B cap exempt

    Hi.
    I returned from US in the year 2012 december and was on H1B from 2010 Oct. As i returned to india, the company in US has closed my visa. Shall i comes under H1b cap exempt?
    Could you please let me know as early as possible. Thank you!
