H1B transfer while H4 to F1 in progress
My H1, my family's H4 are valid till Aug 2018 next year. My wife's H4 to F1 application is in progress since last 3 months at CSC. If I change employer and do H1 transfer, can it affect my wife's H4 to F1 application?
