My Case:
1. I returned India from US in Sep -2013 after completing almost 6 years of H1-B Visa with all accumulation (about 2 weeks left in H1)
2. My employer started GC process in Sep-2014 with EB3 -- I received approved I-140 in April 2017.
3. I am with same employee for over 14 years now.
4. I am in India from Sep-2013 till date.
Question:
Can I extend my old H1-B (which has 2 weeks left) with recently approved I-140?
OR
Do I need to apply in next year's H1-B Lottery/Cap?
Sorry if this is repeated question but I can not find the clear answer in some of the older threads. Thanks in advance.
