H1 visa approved recently but no employer

Hi I have worked on my F1 opt for 1 year and my employer filed H1 for me, it got selected in the lottery. My employer laid me off after this. My h1 is now approved and I do not have any employer ,
1)What is the process for my h1 transfer ?
2)what all documents do I need to submit in this case when I transfer my h1 for the new job?

As I got laid off before h1 approval I do not have any pay stubs under h1 status.

Please help me !!

1. Find a new employer can provide them a copy of the approval notice. The new employer would file a cap exempt H1, and once approved (with new i-94) you can work for them.
2. Was H1 applied as COS?
