H1b visa dropbox eligibility

Can you anyone tell me if I am eligible for drop-box in India for my h1-b visa re-stamping.

 I have a planned trip to India in December this year.
 My Employer is same since past 8 years
 My previous h1-b Stamped visa got expired in Oct-2016
 I already have my most recent i-797A renewed but don’t have h1-b visa stamped
 Earlier my h1-b visa was stamped in Ontario-Canada back in Oct-2013
 This time I am planning to attend US embassy for my h1-b visa re-stamping in India(Hyderabad)
 Since first time I attended my us-interview in Canada and this time I will be attending my interview in India; I want to know if I am still eligible for drop-box?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

1. As you are planning to Visit India in Dec 2017 and your Visa was expired in Oct-2016. To eligible for Drop Box, your Visa expired within the last 12 months.
2. Also your earlier Visa is not Stamped in India. To eligible for Drop Box, My most recent visa was issued in India.
