    changing H4 to H1B

    Hi I will be working in USA under H1b Visa and may husband would bear H4 visa.

    I would like to ask if there's other possible way my husband can have a work other than H4 eAD? Is it possible for him to apply to work and find an employer that can sponsor him a H1B cap exempt visa while he's under h4? He is a nurse who would like to find a job (any job) to help for family expenses. Thank you.
