I have opt and H1b in is review can i go to india
Hello ,
I am in OPT now and is ending as of October 23rd, and my H1b is under review now. I want to go to India and in mid-October and then come by on December 19th. Is it safe to go to India now?
->What happens if my H1b get approved when I am in India.
->by the time I am coming back if my H1b is not approved do I need to go to H4 and then change status once I come back?
Please let me know
