Cap Exempt H1 to Exempt after I140

Hi,

I wanted to know if i can transfer from a cap exempt h1 to cap h1 after my I140 approval?

I got my first h1 with a non-profit organization who later applied 140 which is now approved. I wanted to know if i can move to a profit company with the approved 140? Or should i apply for a fresh h1 in April like other applicants?
