I94 expired but visa valid

first of all thanks all for your help ..I followed the same steps as you mentioned on immihelp and got my i94 extended in San Diego mexician border . My issue was same as many others ( visa valid till nov’18 but i94 was expiring in nov’17 ) .

Question ::

I can’t find any travel history with my new passport details . But I can see online that my i94 is extended and attached to old passport .

Will that create a issue later ??
