H1B Transfer from Home Country

Hi,

I have a approved & stamped H1b from employer A. My employer don't have long term opportunities.

I got a offer from employer B. They are saying that they will transfer my petition but no need to go for stamping again (As my visa is stamped from previous employer is still valid for 6 months)

Is it correct that I don't need to go for stamping again?

Yes it is correct, but you would still need B's approved petition (I797).
