    Do I have to withdraw my H1B Application from embassy before I apply for H4 visa

    Hello,

    My H1B visa is under administrative processing under 221(g) at New Delhi enbassy.
    I want to know if whether I have to withdraw my H1B application before I submit my H4 application? I was on H1B status when I came from US.
