Visa Interview - Visiting India after 4.5 years - disqualified for dropbox

Hi all,

My profile:
- On H1B since August 2013. Visa stamped till Sept 2015. Never visited India or left USA. Changed 2 jobs.
- Recent i797 is valid till August 2019.
- Greencard process just started. Not received my I140 yet.
- Visiting India in January 2018

Issue:
- disqualified for dropbox

I'm just worried about the interview after long time. They might ask why I did not visit India for a long time. Just wondering if any one else faced similar issue or if anyone could help or guide.
