L1 to H1 ????????
I am currently on L1B visa in US working for employer A. My L1 would be expiring within next two month. Employer A has already filed extension papers for extending my L1B visa.
I am also planning to join another employer B from US in mid of next year.
1) If employer B files for my FRESH H1B visa and my H1 petition gets approved, will my L1 visa get canceled from the day the H1B petition is approved?
2) This is not a case of L1 to H1 transfer. I want to apply for FRESH H1 so that I don't interrupt my services with current employer A. Will FRESH H1 have an impact on L1 by any chance?
3) Suppose I get H1 petition appproval and it is not impacting my current L1 and I visit India after I got L1 extension . Would two petition create problem in visa stamping??? Can I come on my L1 with my H1 petition valid?
