Hi,
I am on H1 Visa and have used 1 year of it. I plan to go enroll for a Masters program and move to H4 Visa (On my Spouse H1) and then onto F1 Visa.
Can someone help me know that once I complete my Masters (I intend to work on CPT/OPT during and after this) and once I find a suitable employer can I resume my old H1 Visa with the new employer. Will I need to go through the lottery? Also, can my current employer cancel my H1 petition if I move from H1 Visa to pursue Masters program?
