Please help me.
I had initiated my amendment process in December 2016 (I have received the receipt) and the USIC had come back asking for RFE documents and my company filed for RFE along with supporting documents in August 2017, its been already 10 months completed from the date of my amendment initiation. My question is if I get my amendment after 1 year or more from the initiation Date, will it affect my work eligibility in this State (At present am in MN,USA)?
NOTE: Initially I recieved my petition for Columbus,OH,USA location but I changed my project and travelled to Minneapolis, MN.So I have started working in MN since Feb 2017.
Please help me.
