US Travel Docs H1 b stamping interview date

Hello Guys,

I am trying to book h1 b stamping date in us travel docs website.
There in petioner section it is asking for start date to proceed next.
I still don't have my h1 b approval letter which will have the start date my h1 b is still in process in premium should get in a week or so.

My question is can I give tentative date for the start date and book the appointment and later change the start date.
